Frank is responsible for bidding new projects and managing all onsite construction operations for the company. He has over 20 years of construction experience throughout Southern California including an extensive background in Restaurant, Retail, & Office projects. Frank has the ability to manage projects from pre-construction estimating and contract negotiations to project management and final turnover. He has the capability of managing small scale remodeling to multi-million dollar ground-up construction projects. Frank earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
